Accessing OptiE-invoice cockpit

There are two ways to access the OptiE-Invoice cockpit:

  1. From the “Favorites” option in SAP (if it is added to the Favorites)
  2. Alternately execute Transaction /ivld/einv (type /n/ivld/einv in the command window)

I. From the “Favorites” option in SAP (if it is added to the Favorites)

How to Add to Favorites: Right-click of “Favorites” in SAP ->Insert transaction ->

Enter Transaction /ivld/einv  (not case sensitive, you can enter /IVLD/EINV also)

Press Enter or Click
It will be shown in the Favorites list

II. Alternately execute Transaction /ivld/einv (type /n/ivld/einv in the command window)

Note: Prefix /n (execute in same SAP session) or /o (new SAP session) to the transaction code. Transaction code is not case sensitive – you may use /IVLD/EINV as well

Note: If you get an authorization error, please send the SU53 screenshot to your Project Manager, copying the SAP Basis Team. (Execute Transaction SU53 in the command window and take screenshot)
